Our Philosophy
We believe in earning your business, not trapping you into it. If Vibenar isn't the right fit, we want you to get your money back — no games, no friction, no hard feelings.
We've seen too many webinar platforms make cancellation painful and refunds impossible. We do the opposite.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Vibenar for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions:
- Monthly plans: Full refund of your first month's payment within 14 days of being charged.
- Annual plans: Full refund of the annual payment within 14 days of being charged.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period:
- Monthly plans: You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refund for the current period, but no further charges.
- Annual plans: You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your annual billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds on annual plans after the 14-day window, but your access remains active for the full year you paid for.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@vibenar.com with your account email and the word "refund" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
You can also cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard under Settings. If you cancel within the 14-day window, the refund is processed automatically.
Your Data After Cancellation
When you cancel:
- You can export all your data (contacts, webinar recordings, analytics) from your dashboard before your account is deactivated.
- We retain your data for 30 days after your access ends, in case you want to reactivate.
- After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted.
- We will never hold your data hostage or require you to re-subscribe to export it.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available in cases of:
- Violations of our Terms of Service that result in account suspension.
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Service.
